Pharmaceuticals distributor and services provider United Drug is paying an initial £11.4m for healthcare communications provider InforMed.The deal is expected to be immediately earnings enhancing.
United Drug could have to pay up to £5.9m more depending on InforMed's profit performance over the next three years.
Macclesfield-based InforMed provides services including medical writing, sales training, market research and business analysis.
