The Wall Street Journal reports a Federal Appeals Court has upheld a Maine law requiring pharmacy benefit managers to disclose the payments they receive from drug companies to their clients and pass on the savings to their clients.
Medco had argued in court that their deals with drug companies were a commercial secret and clients had no right to know what rebates Medco was getting.
This raises the question - What Is Medco Hiding?
