From a Director: "You don't report to me, so I couldn't have reprimanded you in front of your employees."
This comment followed a department wide email in which he stated: "Your solution to the problem was poor at best."
The problem? HVAC broke and we were forced to cover the return vents with autoclave bags in order to keep the pressure high enough to maintain aseptic conditions.
His solution? Tell facilities and wait days for them to fix the problem. Pressure lost wed last week, still not fixed.
