Your blog is useful and I read it with interest - but I would like to ask you to turn down the intensity of schadenfreude.
I am an ex-pharma chemist doing drug research in an academic institute now; and I was married to a physician. I could relate to lot of things you are writing about.

I disagree with Mr Milkshake.
I too have worked for pharma. They have, over the last 10 years or so, grown into scary marketing organizations.
They deserve PharmaGossip..... and much much more!
More schadenfreude please.
