From what Insider can make of it, it appears to be the last year or so's emails and correspondence between Dr Aubrey Blumsohn and the editor of the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research, Professor John A Eisman.
There is a lot to get through!
But it gets more and more "interesting" as it progresses.

A moron of an editor? A frustrated scientist.
I'm always impressed when I hear rants about the reliability of medical information of Wikipedia, Blogs and the like as if Medical Journals are somehow the bastion of all that is honest. There is obviously no clear path to any form of authority in scientific journals that deserves any form of respect. Can we trust what we read in the journals? Probably not.
I'll use this correspondence in my ethics course.
