Someone on eBay is auctioning off an old print plate of a Seven-Up ad showing a baby being fed a bottle of Seven-Up. The copy reads: "So pure...So good... So wholesome for everyone... including the tiniest tots!"
Seven-Up must mean seven days and up, right?

Ah - the good old days! When I see this kind of thing, I really pine for that old, non-litigious world where we could say and do anything without fear of recourse. *sigh* I suppose we have come a long way, but I do still sometimes wish I had the freedom to blurt out whatever I wanted.
Blurt away and damn the consequences. Life is too short.
