Poor Jason Donovan has been treated by medics during filming of reality show I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here on the Gold Coast after a cockroach disappeared down his pants.
The critter crawled into the former Neighbours star's backside during a physical challenge and had to be removed by a doctor using a pair of tweezers.
Donovan was showered in cockroaches and other bugs during filming in Queensland.
The actor was shown on screens across the UK fishing around in his underpants trying to extract the wayward bug, as horrified co-stars watched on.
