GlaxoSmithKline is preparing to litigate a dispute with U.K. tax authorities over transfer pricing, according to the company's annual report.
The dispute between the company and HM Revenue & Customs relates to the period between 1994 to date. Last year they settled for $3.3 billion a 16-year-old tax dispute in the U.S. over transfer prices relating to a number of older drugs.
