To access the Webcast, visit their Website at www.pfizer.com and click on the "Webcast of the Annual Meeting" link under the "Annual Meeting of Shareholders" section.
Pre-registration for the Webcast will be available at that link beginning April 21, 2007.
Visitors to www.pfizer.com will be able to listen to an archived copy of the Annual Meeting Webcast.
