Looking beyond the spin of Big Pharma PR. But encouraging gossip. Come in and confide, you know you want to! “I’ll publish right or wrong. Fools are my theme, let satire be my song.”

Puts a whole new meaning to the phrase "getting loaded"!
Don't you just love it. It looks and I am sure feels, very seductive and one can just immagine the feeling of power one can get with just holding it. No wonder that those who do own them are so much against any gun control or limitations in US particularly. Poor Kolasnikow never imagined that his invention that was ment to give the poorely equiped Red Army soldiers a rifle that worked, would become the gun of choice for everyone from low life criminals to terrorist and revolucionaries. That bring us to bigpharma sales reps. Just immagine if everyone of them were to be isued one of these, that fit nicely in their sales briefcases, they would not have to use any briberies, payoffs, kickbacks, lyings, false claims and the rest of the current armamentarium. All they would have to do "in closing" the sale show it to the doctor and say; "You will use my drug, won't you?". The answer is predictable.
