When Fox tried to sue Al Franken because they didn't like his book "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them" (a great read by the way), the judge dismissed the case as "wholly without merit" within two days.
Franken has suggested that the "wholly without merit" tag should be Fox's by-line. You can see why from this...
