In America a pharma employee should expect their job to last 3 - 5 years.

The industry has been like this for ten years now and reason is simple, investors expect more profit year after year and big pharma is eating itself to meet this expectation.

Now we Americans can look forward to drugs that are made by people earning $0.03 an hour, with no regulations being enforced and no quality over site, literally.

"Greed is good."
