Workers at pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly may want to lay off the Cialis - a longtime saleswoman says she was canned after complaining about her boss' sexist rants and the come-ons of her sales partner.
Tricia Galecke says she was subjected to "egregious, intentional sexual harassment, sex discrimination and retaliation" while working at Eli Lilly, and then fired on trumped-up charges after she complained to human resources.
The harassment included being constantly hugged and kissed by boss Michael Polkowitz, who would also make inappropriate comments about her clothes and her body, the suit says.
