The Australian Federal Government says it welcomes the resolution of a long-running legal dispute with Pan Pharmaceuticals, however it has rejected calls for an inquiry from the company's founder.
The former head of the company, Jim Selim has received $55 million( AUS) in damages and legal costs in a landmark settlement with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
