Sanofi Aventis announced that the drugmaker's executive vice president of finance and legal affairs, Jean-Claude Leroy, stepped down from his position.
Leroy is succeeded by Laurence Debroux, who becomes the company's chief financial officer, and Karen Linehan, who was named general counsel and head of legal affairs.
