Boehringer's twittering at the ESC - is it being approved by their internal regulators?
Have you looked at the published subgroup analysis (fig 2 NEJM) - Outcome Data not quite so impressive for North American patients. Even less so for Western European patients - but a staggering benefit in Sth Asia (who may not be so blind!!)
