wow! i wonder what the bottom line is...........does this stuff help or not. I have never heard of anything being able to actually prevent a cold or flu just help to relieve its side effects which i believe tamifllu is effective at. hmmmmm....not worth a self-test exposing myself to crazy swine tho!
