US healthcare - Big Pharma helps define gouging

AstraZeneca's Nexium costs $3.91 in the U.S. for one dose compared with 88 cents in Germany, according to IMS Health. Nexium is the second most-widely prescribed medicine in the U.S. Pfizer's Lipitor costs $2.82 for one dose, compared with $1.83 in Canada and 71 cents in New Zealand.
