Supreme Court Says Vioxx Suits Against Merck Were Timely
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that investors didn't wait too long to file securities lawsuits alleging that Merck & Co. misrepresented the safety of painkiller drug Vioxx, which it removed from the market in 2004.
