Drug maker Cephalon Inc. said Friday it received a subpoena from the U.S. Postal Service's investigative arm seeking information about its cancer-pain drug Fentora.
The subpoena, which Cephalon received last month, was issued in connection with an investigation related to Postal Service employees' workers' compensation claims, Cephalon said in its annual report filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
