Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) has issued another recall of Tylenol-branded medicines, the latest in a series of product recalls by the health-care giant.
J&J said Monday it was recalling about 2.45 million packages of Tylenol Cold Multi-Symptom Nighttime Rapid Release Gelcaps, distributed in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, after detecting slightly higher-than-expected levels of a compound known as chlorpheniramine ammonio acetate, or CPAA, in certain capsules.
