Merck trial - Satisfaction

The jury in the second Vioxx trial have found for Merck.

"Merck is satisfied with the jury verdict," said Kenneth C. Frazier, senior vice president and general counsel of Merck. "There will be other Vioxx trials and we will vigorously defend them one by one over the coming years."

So, all the Merck employees involved in this case now know what work will be like for a long time to come!
