Is that an Exubera Inhaler in your pocket, or are you just pleased to see me?
The Exubera insulin inhaler is about 6 inches long when in "storage mode" but extends to a full foot long during use.
Impressive! Does it also come in pink?

I described it a while ago as the size of a Coke can when it was folded up. A story about the "Rocket scientists" that developed it here

says that initial computer modelling of a aerosol capable of producing the required particle size would be 3 storeys high with a 4 foot nozzle on top. So I suppose Coke can size is an improvement. :-))
