GSK - "We regret that we operated the Cidra facility in a manner that was inconsistent with current Good Manufacturing Practice"

The whistleblower's lawsuit filed against GSK in 2004 alleged the company submitted false claims to government health programs because drugs manufactured at the Puerto Rico plant weren't safe and effective, and thus shouldn't have been covered by government programs, the Wall Street Journal reported.
