GlaxoSmithKline has agreed to cut Germany's order for swine flu vaccines by more than 30% and is in talks with other governments about doing the same.
The German government has reduced its demand from 50m doses to 34m, which could cost GSK, the world's third largest pharmaceutical company, at least €112m (£100m).
