Oh come on! His name has to be "Dick" in order to be a genuine Republican, "Mark" has to be nickname. After all, there's Dick "I am not a crook" Nixon, Dick "let me shoot you in the face" Cheney, Dick "just exposing our CIA agents" Armitage, Dick "have I sold you on Enron" Armey (Dick Army - isn't that a fitting name and description for a leader of the Republicans?) and Dick "I head a non-existent committee named ethics" Hastings. Space wouldn't allow naming them all...
